Our Weekly Woodland Moments Group

Our Woodland Moments Group is for people with memory problems to come along to with a care partner to embrace nature, engage with wildlife, enjoy great companionship and participate in all kinds of wood crafts and seasonal woodland activities.

The group is really special and quite different to many other support groups for people living with Dementia and memory problems.

Being outside and connecting with nature has many benefits for us all. Calming, yet uplifting; peaceful, yet vibrant; fresh, yet comforting.

Join us and find out for yourself why our group loves being together. And worry not, despite the unreliable British weather, we have access to a lodge and can still enjoy our Woodland mornings even if the weather isn’t cooperating.
